Who Are Considered Event Organizers?
Let’s first definee Organizers as any entities (companies, clubs, leagues, etc.) and individuals who plan and execute events either for their own organization, cause, business, or for others.
- Freelance or Formal Organizers are freelance agents or formal companies whose business is to plan and manage events for their own products or services or for other private companies, clubs, leagues, and non-profit organization.
- Clubs are organizations or companies that run the teams, coaches, stadium, and everything needed for a specific sport. Examples are Manila Padel Club and Philippine Pickleball Federation.
- Leagues are a group of clubs who form a league to compete against each other and gain points in a specific sport. At its simplest, it may be a local group of amateur athletes who form teams among themselves and compete periodically, at its most complex, it can be an international professional league making large amounts of money and involving dozens of teams and thousands of players.
